Tipsy Tuesday [Classics]: The Pimm's Cup

It's almost time to say goodbye to summer.  I think I really realized this fact last Saturday when Michael and I went to see My Morning Jacket at Merriweather Post Pavilion.  Nearly every year, we find ourselves going to a show out there in late summer, and the cool night air reminds you that summer is almost over.  In honor of these last few days of summer, here's our take on one of our favorite summer cocktails:

3 parts Pimm's

5 parts Limonata Sparkling Lemon Beverage

4 parts Ginger Beer

1 part Hendrick's Gin

Cucumber Slices

Stir all ingredients together in a high ball glass full of ice.
